Who needs a badge?
Badges are required to be worn by every attendee, age 12 and older, while in the convention space. Kids ages 5 to 11 are required to have a badge if they wish to participate in any events, including the kids' track. Kids ages 4 and under are not required to wear a badge, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Anyone wishing to pre-register for events, regardless of age, must have a badge.
Can I buy a badge on-site?
Yes! Both 4-day and 1-day badges will be available on-site. We encourage everyone to consider pre-registering for the show in order to take advantage of free event registration! This is the best way to ensure you'll have a full day of gaming planned while at Nexus Game Fair.
What is the badge refund policy?
Badges may be refunded with no penalty within 10 days of purchase, but no later than March 31, 2020. After 10 days or March 31, 2020, badges may only be refunded for a system credit, which does not expire and may be used for any future badge or souvenir purchase.
When will I receive my badge?
You will pick up your badge at the show. Please note that a photo ID will be required to pick up your badge.
How do I submit an event?
You may submit events without purchasing a badge. However, you must have a badge prior to your events being approved for our event catalog
How do I register for events?
Event registration for Nexus Game Fair will be a live registration system and is scheduled to begin on May 29, 2020, at 8pm CDT. All events will be available for registration at that time, and it will be first-come, first-serve. Keep in mind that you will only be able to register for a single "ticket" in each event, and your events may not overlap.
